1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You may be asked to share photos or videos of the damaged product for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories

- Delivery or installation charges are non-refundable.
